3.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any original content you submit to the Service ("Submissions").
3.2 License Grant
By submitting content to the Service, you grant the Service operator a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and create derivative works from your Submission, in any form or medium, as part of the Project or in connection with the Service.
This license includes the right to:
- Publish the Project in digital or physical form
- Sell or distribute the Project
- Edit, format, reorganize, or combine content
- Continue using your Submission even if you later stop using the Service
4. No Compensation
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You will not receive compensation, royalties, or payment for any Submission
- Participation is voluntary
- Submitting content does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship
5. Attribution and Display Names
Providing a display name is optional. Attribution is not guaranteed and may be modified, anonymized, summarized, or removed at the discretion of the Service operator.
Display names and attribution may be reviewed, edited, or removed for any reason, including if they are inappropriate or violate these Terms.
6. Content Standards and Moderation
You agree not to submit content that is:
- Unlawful, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
- Hateful, discriminatory, or threatening
- Sexually explicit
- Spam, misleading, or disruptive
- Infringing on intellectual property or other rights
- Otherwise inappropriate
The Service operator reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, refuse, or remove any Submission at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
7. No Guarantee of Inclusion or Preservation
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service operator does not guarantee that:
- Any Submission will be included in the final Project
- Content will be stored permanently
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Submissions may be deleted, modified, or lost.
8. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your Submissions and any consequences arising from them. You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to submit the content
- Your Submissions do not violate any laws or third-party rights
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your Submissions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your Submissions
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
12. Termination
The Service operator may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
Termination does not affect the license granted under these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
The Service operator may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply prospectively. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
